Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize store layout and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on team development.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorās degree in Business or related field preferred.
