Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail or hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Floor Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Retail/Hospitality Management role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Passion for the hospitality/retail industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
