Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement service recovery strategies when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain inventory of floor supplies (e.g., linens, glassware, cutlery) and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Train new staff on service protocols, etiquette, and company policies.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or private functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (restaurants, resorts, or hotels).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining immaculate service standards.
- Previous experience in luxury or fine-dining establishments is highly desirable.
