Responsibility
- Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from greeting to farewell.
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor table rotations, reservations, and guest seating to optimize dining flow and capacity.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly, ensuring a resolution that exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order timing and presentation for a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and VIP guest details to the team.
- Assist in inventory management for dining supplies, including glassware, linens, and table settings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within fine dining, upscale restaurants, or luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume dining environments with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic inventory management tools.
