Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet vehicles to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers for repairs and servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
- Support the fleet manager in tracking vehicle performance, costs, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet operations, including fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and utilization rates.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
- Help ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to fleet management.
- Assist in the implementation of new fleet management technologies and systems.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of fleet management, logistics, or vehicle operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
