Responsibility
- Distribute free samples of whey protein to gym members in designated locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Engage with gym-goers in a friendly and professional manner to introduce and promote our protein products.
- Provide accurate information about the benefits and features of our whey protein, answering any questions from potential customers.
- Set up and manage promotional booths or stations within gyms, ensuring a visually appealing and organized display.
- Collect feedback from gym members regarding product taste, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in tracking sample distribution and reporting daily activities to the marketing team.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a positive, energetic attitude while representing the company.
- Collaborate with gym staff to ensure smooth operations and compliance with gym policies.
Qualifications
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, with a strong understanding of protein supplements and their benefits.
- Outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people in a gym setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods in a gym environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a bonus (e.g., sharing promotional content online).
