Responsibility
- Pack finished goods into cartons, boxes, or containers according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Accurately label products with barcodes, batch numbers, and other required information to ensure traceability.
- Inspect packed goods for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Arrange and stack cartons in designated areas, ensuring proper organization for easy retrieval and shipment.
- Operate basic packing machinery or tools, such as sealers, taping machines, or labeling equipment, as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to workplace safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and production deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packed goods and updating records as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in packing, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read labels, instructions, and inventory records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices and willingness to adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Open to working flexible shifts, including overtime, as per operational needs.
