Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in a fine-dining setting.
- Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain wine pairings with confidence.
- Maintain impeccable table settings, silverware, and glassware standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions professionally.
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist in event setup and service for private dining or VIP guests.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fine-dining or upscale hospitality.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification in hospitality or food service is advantageous.
