Responsibility
- Conduct proactive canvassing to identify and engage potential customers in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Perform thorough follow-ups with prospects to understand their financial needs and propose suitable Sharia-compliant financing products.
- Educate clients on BTPN Syariah’s financing solutions, including murabahah, ijarah, and other Islamic banking products.
- Assess customer eligibility by reviewing financial documents, credit history, and business viability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process financing applications efficiently while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and disbursements in the bank’s CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly financing targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Sharia banking principles to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, financing, or customer relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Sharia banking principles and financing products (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role with travel requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) with a valid driving license.
