Responsibility
- Oversee and manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate financial disclosures.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
