Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business decision-making.
- Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
