Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial databases with precision, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting (BPO experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other financial standards is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and continuous improvement.
