Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations to assess clients’ needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and present customized wealth management plans, including insurance, investment, and retirement strategies.
- Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and long-term planning to foster informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trust-based advisory.
- Monitor and review clients’ portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies to align with life changes or market shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tax laws, and financial products to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, RFC) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building a loyal client base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
