Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes to ensure alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support business performance analysis and scenario planning.
- Perform variance analysis on a monthly basis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational expenses and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, systems, and reporting automation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Support long-term strategic initiatives through rigorous data-driven evaluation and financial advisory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven expertise in building and managing complex financial models in Excel or dedicated ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate taxation.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
