Responsibility
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess business risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
