Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking clients to identify their financial needs.
- Provide expert advice on a comprehensive suite of insurance and investment products (Bancassurance).
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to create tailored protection and wealth accumulation plans.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and bank channel referrals.
- Ensure high standards of service excellence and regulatory compliance in all client interactions.
- Monitor market trends and provide updates to clients regarding their investment portfolios.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financial products and market regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Possess CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, and HI) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in financial sales, banking, or insurance advisory roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to financial planning.
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak a second language is an advantage for client outreach.
