Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/SFRS.
- Oversee SGX and Catalist reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial control or management roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and SGX reporting standards.
- Experience with Catalist compliance is a plus.
