Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk assessments.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and implement financial systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Financial Controller or similar.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls within a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and transparency.
