Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients, including Wings retail stores and other small businesses in Bali, to promote Bank MAS unsecured loan products.
- Conduct financial needs assessments for micro-enterprises and recommend tailored loan solutions.
- Educate clients on loan terms, repayment plans, and benefits of financial products to ensure transparency and trust.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively sourcing and converting leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Bank MAS representatives to facilitate smooth loan processing and approvals.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product updates, and market trends to offer relevant advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial advisory (preferably in microfinance or SME lending).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
