Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify risks and propose solutions to minimize delinquencies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all collection practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial services, banking operations, or collections is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
