Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wings Group retail partners and other small businesses in Bali.
- Promote and sell collateral-free loan products from Bank MAS to eligible clients.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend tailored micro-banking solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and client acquisitions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline loan application processes and improve client onboarding.
- Stay updated on financial market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting micro-banking.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, financial advisory, or banking, preferably in microfinance or SME lending.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit assessment, and financial risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a target-based environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali business landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and client management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
