Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local merchants, including retail stores, restaurants, and small businesses in Bali.
- Promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank MAS, tailored to the needs of micro and small enterprises.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and provide personalized advisory services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to identify market trends and opportunities for product expansion.
- Educate clients on financial literacy, loan terms, and repayment options to foster trust and transparency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction documentation.
- Participate in local business networking events and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in microfinance or retail banking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and risk management principles.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) to meet clients on-site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM tools for reporting and client management.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
