Responsibility
- Promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank MAS to small businesses, including Wings Group retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively pitching financial products and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand the customer base in assigned regions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients understand loan terms, benefits, and repayment processes.
- Collaborate with the banking team to ensure smooth loan processing and approval for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in microfinance or retail banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with loan products, financial regulations, and banking procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to engage with clients in various locations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or sales tracking tools are advantageous.
