Responsibility
- Promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank MAS to local businesses, particularly Wings retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs in assigned regions.
- Conduct financial assessments and provide tailored loan solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the expansion of microfinance services in Bali.
- Educate clients on financial products, terms, and benefits to ensure informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the banking team to streamline loan application and approval processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in microfinance or retail lending.
