Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with Wings Group retail partners across Bali
- Present and explain Bank MAS's unsecured loan products to potential clients
- Conduct financial needs assessments for small business owners
- Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for micro banking products
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients throughout the loan process
- Stay updated on banking products, regulations, and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with small business owners
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Willingness to travel within Bali's target areas
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred
