Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, particularly Wings retail outlets, to promote Bank MAS loan products.
- Conduct financial needs assessments for potential clients and recommend suitable unsecured loan solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching loan products and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth loan application process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product offerings, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and loan applications using company tools and systems.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly loans, and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to meet clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
