Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations to assess clients’ needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and present customized financial plans, including investment strategies, insurance coverage, and retirement solutions.
- Educate clients on financial products such as life insurance, mutual funds, and pension plans with clarity and transparency.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date, compliant advice.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry certifications and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
