Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements while ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial processes with business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash transactions.
- Support tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
