Responsibility
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing financial inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the team leader to achieve departmental and company-wide goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
