Responsibility
- Support the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives across B2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
- Analyze current financial workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute transformation roadmaps.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for process optimization.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Work closely with IT and finance teams to integrate digital solutions and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business transformation roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in finance or project management (e.g., CPA, PMP) is an advantage.
