Responsibility
- Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and track the resolution of audit findings to ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective measures.
- Assist in the development and updating of audit policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to the auditing function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of auditing principles, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) or willingness to pursue professional certifications is a plus.
