Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in audits and tax filings, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in healthcare or shared services.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
