Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize profitability.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
