Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
- Handle basic HR tasks such as attendance tracking and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
