Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and verify journal entries, adjusting entries, and accruals.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and local accounting practices is a plus.
