Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Support tax compliance processes and documentation
- Conduct research on tax regulations and legislation
- Help maintain client records and tax databases
- Assist with tax audits and client communications
- Prepare tax calculations and financial reports
- Collaborate with team members on tax planning strategies
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of tax principles and accounting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
