Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth and improve performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and internal audits to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
