Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgetary controls, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance standards.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
