Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial information.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
