Responsibility
- Process and manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial records.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary reports and coordinating with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial compliance and local business practices is advantageous.
