Responsibility
- Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions, including vendor payments, invoices, and expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit Government Remittances, including taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory payments, in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct Bank Transactions, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring, to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Verify and reconcile financial data, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for audit and reference purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, with a focus on Accounts Payable and financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance in Indonesia or the Philippines.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and financial institutions.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.
