Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with internal departments or suppliers.
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records, including filing and digital documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure proper approvals and documentation for payments.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and BPJS compliance is a plus.
