Responsibility
- Process and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and support budgeting processes.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
