Responsibility
- Manage and process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data collection and reporting.
- Handle tax-related documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
