Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance, to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support client decision-making and business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
- Collaborate with clients to identify financial risks and opportunities, offering strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate financial insights.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting software and systems to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial consulting for staff-level candidates; 5+ years for senior-level candidates.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as needed.
