Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Handle payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, vendor communications, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial audits, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
