Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Maintain and update HR records, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, vendor communications, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial audits, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
