Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Respond to and resolve complex client inquiries regarding financial discrepancies with professional empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal process guidelines, local regulations, and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for stakeholders to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational productivity.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or customer service within a BPO or Shared Services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to support global client interactions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with financial ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with an uncompromising eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
