Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of manufacturing accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to corporate governance.
- Mentor and train junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing accounting cycles, cost accounting, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and ethical financial practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
