Responsibility
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze monthly financial performance against targets, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable business recommendations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare high-level financial reporting packages for management and regional stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests and ROI for new store openings and operational projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to identify potential risks and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VLOOKUP, complex modeling) and financial software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is an added advantage.
