Responsibility
- Assist in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
- Support financial controlling activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Support process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Engage in training and development programs to build expertise in finance and controlling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
